“I had been looking for a turkey fryer that would also be great for boiling seafood(clams, lobsters, etc). I ordered the High Performance Cooker because it seemed to read that it was a high quality product (nice heavy duty pot, thorough heating system). When I got it...I found it was. I love the design, the quality of the cooker and the ease of set up. The only negative I would say is that it came with absolutely no instructions (as I said, setup was a breeze). Being a newbie, I certainly would have liked to read how high to fill the pot up (there is no max fill line on the pot) and perhaps some suggestions for its use. Overall, I definitely recommend this cooker...I love it.”
“I bought the rack for a single turkey, they made it so you can cook a single turkey in a 40, 50, or 6o qt unit without using so much oil. Haven’t got a chance to use it yet, but I will update this when I do.”
