“The overall build quality seems very good. I like the versatility of being able to use the burner stand-alone or on the tripod, and with my cast iron pans (I haven't purchased the cooking disc, yet). The pack down to the included carrying bags is very nice as well. (What are those two ceramic/stone-like triangles supposed to be for?)
A couple cons/issues I'm concerned about:
* I had to purchase my own adapter to use the burner with propane.
* I am concerned about the durability of the valve control. The thin metal wire for adjusting the gas flow seems weak and I worry it will break or bend over time, rendering the burner useless.
* I don't feel there is enough wind protection. I'll be looking for something to keep the flame from being so impacted by wind.”
