“My elderly mother prefers this blend in a jar to the capsule form. Capsules scratch her throat and are an effort for her to swallow. It is a very good alternative”
“I can’t say much as I had to stop taking it because I got Diarrhea. Going to reduce the dose and see how I go. The taste isn’t fantastic when it’s cold found it much better when at room temperature”
“I feel good taking this but it is not a pleasant taste. I put it in the fridge so it’s a gel and swallow it as quickly as I can. I’m glad I bought mostly capsules as I won’t buy it like this again! Good product though.”
