Hi Kai, I'm sorry to hear it has been repeating on you. One thing you might consider is trying the oil instead of capsules. Sounds crazy I know, but it has been helpful for some people, especially when taken before bed at night. The Skate Liquid has a very mild flavour, especially when mixed into a small amount of juice (citrus is especially good) or milk. Hope that helps!
