“I am noticing an improvement in my fingernails. (I’m secretly hoping for a few less wrinkles in my face. Nothing visible yet...) My latest bone density scan also showed an improvement. The product is very easy to use. I either mix it into a hot cup of clear broth, or mix it into my yogurt along with some protein powder.
The only thing that is slightly inconvenient, is that the collagen powder is so fine that I always get a powdery mist on my bench top, now matter how careful I am. But, I can deal with that.”
