“The refresher course was very good however it is not possible to see what questions you got wrong at the end of each test, or indeed on the final exam. It is then not possible to revisit these sections on your notes for the final exam, or, go back over these sections once you have the results of the final exam so you are aware of areas you need to improve. Very disapointing. Health and Safety or the Health and Safety Executive is always referred to as just that, but when it is written down in the end tests and final exam it is always referred to as Safety and Health. This is unecessary and confusses and tricks you for absolutely no reason.”

“As my responsibilities have changed, I identified this course as one that would provide me with a clear understanding of what Working Safely actually meant. I found the course to be simple to follow, with clear descriptions and reinforcement throughout. The tests/checks after each section were very beneficial and helped to reiterate the important areas. Overall this is a course I would highly recommend.”
