“I never received chair or promised tracking. Hurdleys have not told me courier company or replied to my emails. My order was only 5 days before Xmas, so I understand a delay but they want me to do a review and have nor responded to my email requesting promised tracking so what else can I say.”

“This is a good chair and a big upgrade from the cheap warehouse chair I have been using. The seat is wide, has lots of cushioning and is comfortable. A few things that stop me from giving it five stars:
- It is heavy which makes it hard to move on the carpet.
- I'm 6ft tall and with the seat at its lowest, I still need a footrest.
- The seat back tilt doesn't quite come forward enough for me. It just feels like it stops a bit short of where I want it to be.
- The lumber support is just ok.”
