“The instructors were knowledgeable, but this seemed like an introductory level writing course. It would have been helpful to take the next level or a more in-depth course. The breakout sessions were useful to practice the tips we learned during the course, and I appreciated that the instructors used writing samples from our organization. I hope the upcoming webinars are more in-depth and advanced, but we were asked to submit a review following the sessions we completed to date.”

Hi Lauren, Thanks for your input! Typically, these classes are offered as 10 hours, but your management decided upon shorter sessions; the typical 10-hour classes are more in-depth and advanced.
