“Coursework and accompanying literature were robust and informative without overbearing. Classroom style workshop with breakout rooms was sufficient, however, revision to the breakout items themselves (tailoring to better fit breakout timeline) would improve efficacy and reduce instances of blank mind syndrome. Instructor (Dr. Elizabeth Preston) was demonstrably knowledgeable, passionate, and enthusiastic about the subject matter; this improved my reception/perception of the content presented and practiced.”

“The technical workshop series was excellent! Elizabeth was fun and engaging and really knew her subject. I liked that she gave real-life experiences to highlight topics. She also answered all our questions but kept us on topic so that the workshop kept flowing. I edit and proofread daily in my profession and was looking forward to learning more about technical writing so that I could be more valuable in my position.
