Hi Juan, Thanks for your feedback! In the online course, we use quite a few examples. We can also customize the course to use examples that are work-related; however, your company did not opt for this and wanted to use the examples that are already in the course.

“I enjoyed the interactive activities. The presented information is applicable to my job. The email including the certificate and feedback request are difficult to use. The links do not load appropriately. For example, I cannot rate the class where it seems like I should be able to click stars. I cannot view my certificate using the links provided. There seem to be figures and/or formatting within the email that NAVAIR employees cannot view. This could be a NAVAIR thing, but I am hoping this feedback is helpful to consider alterations.”

“Overall the course was very helpful in order to improve on planning and structuring a new document. It pointed out several issues that I haven't considered before and made it easier to set up the right content. Strategies on editing and listing of common mistakes gave me a better start at critically inspecting my work. I wish that the course presentation part would have been a little more detailed, potentially with more examples, but together with the extra material it covered a lot that helped me improve. Support by Hurley, be it for website/account issues or feedback on submitted writing options, was always prompt and problems were usually resolved quickly.”
