“The course was useful on two fronts. First, it should approve my writing as I work at applying the lessons until they are integrated into my technique. Second and possibly more important, the course provides insight into to technical writing that will make accepting criticism less stressful. The stress comes from not understanding where all the red came from, and that it is not a matter personal preference, but accepted standards.”
