“This was a great training, revealing everything from verbal to non-verbal communication that make good presentations. The use of eye-contact and gestures during virtual and in-person presentations were emphasized as great tools to engage the audience and ensure that the presenter is making an impact. The practical sessions were very real and put the trainees on the spot to learn how to answer difficult questions (expected and unexpected). It was a great training and I have personally learnt a lot.”
