“The course was fantastic! Pam, you are dynamic instructor with a unique delivery style. I was able to apply the tools and techniques I learned immediately. One suggested change: use generic writing samples for the breakout sessions. I think we (the participants) spent too much time either defending our writing, or trying to figure out how to re-write the paragraphs in Altria's style. Because we were familiar with the writing, we did not spend the alotted time practicing the tools we learned. However, still an amazing class. I would take it again in a heartbeat.”
