“I just received it today and was inserting the batteries into the different pieces. It was not working so I decided to see if the batteries were the problem. As I was pulling the bullet out of the plug, the strap broke and now the bullet is stuck inside the plug. This is poorly made.”

Hustler customer service was outstanding, sending us a new one right away. Same troubles with the 2nd one, had to return again. Hustler gave us a full refund, which we used to buy a better product on their website. Thank you for treating us so nicely.”
“Firstly, you can never go wrong with silicone. I know it's safe for my body and easy to clean. Secondly, the anticipation that comes with my partner having the remote is exciting enough. The motor is nice and strong; strong enough for me at least. I highly recommend this toy for anyone who's looking to have a little added fun, at home or at dinner.”
