“When I received the item it didn't work properly and I spoke with the customer service who asked me to try new batteries. Still didn't work after than so they told me I had to speak with the manufacturer instead. They didn't want to replace the item because it had already been past 30 days of me purchasing... if it is obviously a manufacturer defect there shouldn't be a limit on a return.”
“My gf enjoyed it. It's good for beginners doing anal. It has 3 vibrating settings. She didn't really feel the first 2 settings, just the last one. So the vibration might not be too powerful if you're looking for something strong. I do wish it could have been a bit stronger for her, but worth it for the price.”
