“Turned on upon opening. Didn't after charging. Attempted to contact manufacturer as directed and obtained no response. Waste of money, too fragile, don't recommend.

It does a good job. The vibrating does nothing for me. I will only use modes 1 and 2. The suction it creates is good and the texturing is good. I would say long would have been better, but I believe it would tear if that were the case. It is also hard to clean, it doesn't come apart like the videos I've seen, I don't want to break it. Not getting it wet while cleaning is a chore. I cannot give additional stars when considering the positives and the negatives.”
