“The only reason this even could even earn one star is the shipping was on time. When I the package arrived it looked nice and I was very excited to try it on. However, when I removed it from the plastic bag, it reeked of fish and urine. I’m taking about your typical faux leather smell, I mean I began gagging it was so bad. There was nothing wrong with the package to indicate damage, which meant it had to have been shipped smelling like that.
I tried several methods of cleaning and let it air for a few days in a separate room before I eventually had to throw it away from the stench. That room still has a lingering fish smell to it. I get products can smell, but this was entirely unacceptable especially since I tried several different products to remove the odor: soap & water, vinegar, baking soda, baking soda & vinegar, Clorox, more water, febreeze.
I would highly recommend you order a different product and perhaps stay away from all faux leather products. I still have yet to hear from customer service and what excuse they could possibly come up with for a product smelling so heavily of fish and URINE. I still gag a little thinking back on the smell.”
