“I was taken by the advertised picture! What I got was not like the pic! I complained and after going back and forth for a while, I had 2 options. 1) send it back and they will decide if I get a refund. 2) take 10% off my next purchase. There won’t be a next purchase. The problem: the one I got looks nothing like the picture. No painted veins and doesn’t look life like. Material seems like just hard rubber. I purchased because of the realistic look.”
