It gets dirty easily, i find using a lint roller will clean it very well, but after you do that make sure to rinse, THEN put on toy cleaner, and rinse a second time before having it inserted either orally or, physically in any orifice. Now as for the usage of packing, it looks and feels realistic and can be worn all day. Keep in mind that this packer needs underwear to secure it into place (boxer harness for those who don't conform) with a harness. SIDE NOTE: there's a lack when it comes to firmness (not hard, it's flaccid), so it may be tricky for intercourse, but its main purpose is for packing, therefore, i'd recommend it for everyone! It is 5 inches of euphoria and fun! It also comes in 3 different colors from what i have observed.”
