If it’s good enough for DARPA, it’s good enough for you. I Intermittent Fast from 8pm to Noon so I started using Ketone IQ in order to be able to do workouts up to zone 3 and 4 on an empty stomach. This was over 6 months ago and I had no issues with it. I feel good enough to workout, study and work without losing energy or concentration. The only thing I lost so far was 40 pounds. Male/55

I was really hoping for this to curb my appetite and provide the energy benefits that so many others have experienced, but I didn’t notice anything different and actually felt more hungry after take Kentone-IQ.

Despite their ad with joe rogan explaining benefits of keytones. Keep this in mind prior to purchase.Googled: what are the dangers of exogenous ketones?Exogenous ketones, while effective for raising blood ketone levels, primarily cause mild gastrointestinal distress (nausea, diarrhea, stomach pain) and potential electrolyte imbalances. They do not induce the same fat-burning, metabolic state as a ketogenic diet and may cause high sodium intake. Other risks include potential hypoglycemia, headaches, and ineffectiveness for weight loss.

After consumng one of these my mind feels clearer, I have more energy and I find that my desire for a snack disappers.

This is hands down the absolute worst thing I have ever tasted. Not only did my body go into confusions/full heaves from the taste, it’s literally burned like gasoline the whole way through my digestion track. I’m not sure if I missed the directions for the somewhere but I’m pretty sure they are meant to power small nuclear facilities, not human bodies. Also, zero effect beyond extreme disgust. I would rather drink sewage.
