“I am only into my second six pack. I am not seeing the results advertised. I do feel it may be that my metabolism needs to get used to it. I have seen SLIGHT calming effects & once I get into my workout some sense of pushing through, but not enough to give an endorsement. Information on opitmizing this product would help.”
Hi there, thanks for your feedback! We're sorry Ketone-IQ hasn’t met your expectations yet. Try taking a full shot 30–45 minutes before workouts and an extra half-shot mid-session for more stamina. It may work better fasted or paired with caffeine for focus. Since your carb intake has increased, slightly reducing carbs on training days could improve ketone uptake.
For endurance workouts, one shot per hour may help sustain energy. Tracking ketone levels and performance can also provide insights.
