“I was looking for a natural, full-coverage concealer that doesn't contain coconut oil. After reading great reviews, I decided to take the plunge. I purchased "light" and that was a little too dark, so I then purchased "fair" and that was too pale. I was able to melt the two pots and made the perfect color for my skin, which hides my dark bags. Hynt, if you ever make a shade between these two, that would be great! I do not have any creasing issues, but I think it's important to share that my skin is very dry. Since I now have two pots, this will last me a long time!”
“I have recently transitioned from conventional/toxic makeup to organic. Hynt beauty was one of the first organic beauty brands I came across. This is the first organic concealer I have tried and I must say I am very impressed! It has wonderful coverage. Sometimes (when my skin is doing well/acne free) I like to use this as a light base all over my face and set it with a setting power for a natural no-makeup look. This definitely gets the job done. I do advise to not later it too heavy, especially under the eye area. When I first started using it (heavy layering), I noticed it did tend to crease more even when I set it. It’s a small price to pay in my opinion, especially for the quality ingredients and the piece of mind knowing it’s good for my skin. I have learned how to adjust and use it properly for the best/least creasing results. I like to use a damp beauty blender to apply it under my eyes/areas needed on my face. Needless to say I am in love with Hynt Beauty, the quality of their products, and their mission to bring beautiful organic products that deliver in performance!”
“I recently obtained a sample of this from another website. I got samples of the fair and light at first. The fair was way too light. The light was OK, used it a few times, but still too light for me (slightly fair skin, freckles. not tan right now). I ordered the medium and it was perfect (I use it over the Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer in the color "nude". Back to the concealer: You only need a PINDROP amount of this stuff. Not exaggerating. I feel like the sample will last me months, but I will definitely be purchasing when it runs out. This stuff is highly pigmented and applies really nicely, not cakey at all. I use it as a spot treatment (a little too pigmented for under eye for me). I highly recommend trying a sample of this if you are looking to try this (the detox market has online sampling orders).”
“Love it! I saw it on YT and it was stunning! I was so excited to get it! It's super buttery and melts into skin. I'm very pale and got the lightest shade. It's a tiny bit dark as yellow but it cancels out undereye darkness so the shade really does work. I don't set with powder, just setting spray, and during the day I can just blot with my finger to keep it in place...which is much better than using dry undereye setting powders. I'm thrilled with how it covers but looks skin-like. Def an upgrade from Shape Tape if your eye area is dry. Adore this so much!”

“I used to LOVE this concealer. I tried so many different green beauty concealers & this one was a clear winner. It was VERY unique for it's creamy (whipped) consistency, multifunctional (concealer or BB cream/foundation if mixed with a moisturizer) & lasting. Even my teen could use it for dance performances & she looked flawless. No wonder it was a winner of many beauty awards. Unfortunately, this new "improved" (hot poured) formula doesn't perform the same. It's impossible to mix with a moisturizer & much harder to use overall. It became like every other (hard consistency) concealer out there. Sadly, this "perfect" concealer isn't perfect anymore. So why try to "fix" something that wasn't broken in the first place? Please bring the old(cold poured) one back OR offer both versions!!!
For now, I have to look for a new concealer yet again.
FYI, size also decreased from 7g to 6g.
HYNT RESPONSE.... Hi Marta and thank you for your comment. We received a great deal of feedback on the concealer product that we received after you purchased yours in 2016. The manufacturer did not follow our explicit instructions in a particular step on a batch we received in early 2017 that resulted in a very "loose" product that was difficult to apply. To correct this issue, we had them use a "hot pour" technique that resulted in a firmer product that is much easier to apply. It also resulted in a higher volume which allowed for an amount closer to 6g instead of 7g. However, there is no loss in the amount of applications due to the density of the product. We did our best to address the many concerns and comments by our loyal customers. We have received other awards for this product as well. “I purchased the discovery kit to try out several of the products. I really liked the concealer so I ordered the regular size right away. I liked the way it felt on my skin, it went on smoothly and looks great alone after you moisturize your skin or use it with the velluto powder foundation. It's the best natural/organic concealer that I've tried.”
