“Connection to Bluetooth is very poor. Both pods cuts out at least 10-15 times when in use. Half the time the left pod doesn’t work at all and battery life is dreadful.”

“The I buds were faulty. Sometimes worked and sometimes didn’t. I returned them at my own expense recorded delivery and have heard nothing about my refund. I have emailed several times but had no response. Still hoping for a refund”
