But they accommodated so well, with the video chat at their Melbourne showroom, and personally answering all my questions, always quickly. They even sent photos of tables/chairs in homes of people who had purchased their products. We decided to purchase the Otto table and 4 Astrid dining chairs for our newly remodeled kitchen. We have a narrow eating nook in the kitchen -- and this table/chair set fit perfectly. Our cabinetry and overhead light were Alder wood -- but the Oak of the IBD chairs/table fit quite well. And the color choice of the chair fabric (Midnight Blue) was spot-on. There was damage to the tabletop, due to delivery. IconByDesign was very quick to respond to this, and sent out a table replacement. I would not hesitate to purchase from them in the future -- very happy with the experience and the quality merchandise.”
