“I would give an overall 4.5 stars. I ordered an extendable table, 4 chairs and a bench. It came a month earlier than expected, which is not bad, but did not have the room ready yet. When I received the shipment, one chair was missing. They remedied the issue fairly quickly and with ease. I would give 5+ stars on customer service. The delivery experience was also 5 stars, they make it easy to schedule your delivery time and bring it right into your home. They offered to unpack as well, but I declined knowing my husband would want to put it together. The quality of furniture is 4 stars. Two chairs, where the wood layers have been pressed together are slightly rough to the touch. With time this may need to be sanded so not to snag clothing. The cushions could use a little more plushness. Overall, for the price and service I would give 4.5 stars.”
