“We’re really happy with our new bed frame from Icon by Design — the wood is even more beautiful in person and the frame feels incredibly sturdy. Unfortunately, the delivery experience with the third‑party provider was disappointing.
They gave us a delivery window but arrived earlier than advised. Instead of calling to let me know they were already at the property, they waited 10 minutes and then left the bed outside on our balcony. I only discovered it after they’d left. My husband was away, so I had to drag the boxes inside myself.
When I called the delivery company, I was told I was “lucky” they didn’t take the items back, otherwise I would have been charged for redelivery. I had also paid for the extra service to have the bed brought into the room, but they said I would need to wait until the following Tuesday for them to return — this happened on a Wednesday/Thursday.
The product itself is excellent, but the delivery service really didn’t meet expectations, especially considering the additional fee paid for in‑room delivery.”

“Really like the look of the bed but it’s not practical. In the night when coming back to bed in the dark you smack your legs on the timber as it sticks out further than the mattress. I have encountered this numerous times which has caused slight injury”
