But given this is billed as a premium product, I expected soft close runners would be a given. They're not. And it seriously takes the shine off the experience of using the drawers that I've paid so much for. I also have bedside tables from Koala and at $250 per item, these are included, as well as an incredibly useful cable system. Sure, it's not solid wood, but the experience of using it is premium. Why skimp on the build of the drawers over something as simple and easy to add as soft-close runners? It's just disappointing.”
