One of the legs on the coffee table did not match the timber in the table top. I wrote immediatly to IconbyDesign and included a photo of the legs. Within a day I received a response from the Icon team. There was no dispute about the mismatched leg. Within a week I had received a new matching leg and a very kind gift of timber care pack.
