“First, I am am extremely satisfied with the DrinkMate. I ordered add'l bottles and was accidentally sent bottles which didn't match the color I had and one cap had a defect in it (it happens). They promptly and with 'no questions asked' sent replacements. I wish every company had such good customer service!”
