“Service is excellent and very quick. However, recently have had issue with cylinders leaking when almost empty. Twice now with most recent refill cylinders, when the cylinder is almost empty is suddenly will not stop venting. The only way to stop CO2 flow is to remove cylinder from device. Since the cylinder is just about empty, it's not a big loss, but it is annoying.”
“This thing is so simple to use that one might over think things and make it confusing. One 20L bottle of gas lasts me around 3 weeks, but the sparkling water from it is all I drink. The directions for bottle refills is a bit confusing, but with a leap of faith, the final cost per bottle is $12.50 ...this beats the price of 5 cases of Topo Chico.”
