“The product has not arrived yet. UPS Canada has delayed this parcel. They have been days late with previous deliveries, and when I inquired, there was attitude over the phone, that made it obvious they really don't care. The last time I waited home 3 different days until 21:00 hrs because they said someone had to be home. It was a small ticket item, no signature required. No apologies, no saying Sorry. It too bad, so sad.”
