Unfortunately Kupa has to do way better with their efiles. Thank you igel for making an affordable and reliable efile. Will buy another soon.”
“I used my drill one time and was so impressed with how smoothly it worked. Second time using it, the hand piece showed no sign of power while my battery was fully charged. No matter what speed, there was no movement in the hand piece. I’m very sad and hoping I can get a new one under warranty or I will have to try a different brand”
