“I was excited to use my airbrush from this company. I have several different airbrushes so i wanted to see how this one stands up to the others. I emailed customer service to see if I could get a replacement sprayer do to it not working (mind you I have airbrushes and I know how to work them). They told me to send in pictures. I send in pictures. Now they want videos. I send in videos. They didnt respond. I email them back and had to threatened them with getting my bank involved for them to email me back only to say that because they cant tell the ratio of what i put in the sprayer that it wasnt defective. So if im telling you that i know how to work an airbrush and im sending you serveral videos showing and because you cant tell the ratio of the liquid going in when i show it on video that its not defective? Ok, so now i HAVE involved my bank. This item was defective. The sprayer was not spraying anything out. The compressor worked, but the sprayer was defective. All i wanted was an exchange of the sprayer.”
