“The no wipe top coat has amazing shine, I love it! I use a gel base and put dip powder over and cure. I have definitely had to get use to the thinner consistency of this base because I learned using a thicker base coat. I quickly learned a little goes a long way and allows thinner coats. Once I got the hang of it it worked beautifully! I would definitely recommend it.”
