“I ordered but I didn’t receive the polish instead I got this the picture below as the only explanation. When I wrote customer service they stated I received my order; not even acknowledging the fact that I stated I was missing a polish.”
“It applies nice and has a nice consistency but it doesn't dry like velvet or suede. More like leather but if you need a matte to do artwork on before glossy top coat or like the leather look. It is a good one”
