“When they arrived they were milky not clear, very thin, easily bends and breaks under application of acrylic and dip. Contacted customer service and was refused return, exchange or credit. Was told not eligible for to item because it was “on sale” however all of igel is on sale all the time. Even send photos and video of issue. Was told nothing could be done. Basically I’m stuck with a product that’s defective and cannot be used. Loved igel until this issue.”
“I didn't know how much I could enjoy this product. At first I was concern because they are a bit thin but It wasn't a problem and they are super easy to shape and they make for a perfect coffin shape as well. They're very versatile which I love. Will purchase again when I run out.”
“I was expecting great product like everything else igel offers, however I was not at all impressed. Not sure if it was just my batch or overall quality but they are very thin and easily break. I used over dip dap method and acrylic and both times the tips broke easily, causing the overlay to crack each time. I wish they were a bit thicker and stronger to give more structure support.”
