“First of all upon drop off my 9 and 10 bin was empty. Then customer service had me count all of the tips out of each bin just to see that some 9s were in other bins and also exposed that fact that I had other sizes missing as well, not a full 50 of each tip. After all the counting they did nothing. So I have less than 30 9 nail tips and no 10s but I’m also missing tips of other sizes. Very I professional and it’s not my first messes up order. This place needs to get their production together I don’t work there therefore I shouldn’t have to double check my items like this.”
