“I have never used foils or foil gel so I wasn't sure how to use it. I have the igel lamp (that's a few years old) and the first time I tried this, I cured for 30 seconds. The foil didn't stick very well, so I cured it for 1 minute on a new nail. The 1 minute was the sweet spot for me!”
