“Trotz enthaltenem Alkohol scheint meine Rosacea Haut die Sonnenpflege gut zu vertragen! Aber kein enthaltener Alkohol wäre dann die perfekte Lösung. Sie lässt sich super verteilen, zieht gut ein, hinterlässt also keinen Fettfilm und wird nicht fleckig. So weit, so gut! Ich wäre super zufrieden, wenn da nicht das Farbproblem wäre!!!! Ich kann den Sonnenschutz leider nicht nutzen, trotz der Aussage „für helle bis mittlere Hauttöne“, ist der Farbton für mich viel zu dunkel. Richtig schade! Zumal einen geeigneten Sonnenschutz bei Rosacea zu finden an sich schon an ein Wunder grenzt! :(”
“The best sun protection I have ever had, and the only one, which does not cause skin irritation or acne. However, really improved should be the packaging, for half of the content is still inside, but won't come out by pumping anymore and I cannot cut open the container. Furthermore, after a few weeks the emulsion is instable and fluid separates from the other contents. Shaking won't help, for the remaining cream is too dense. It is such a pity, please take this up when reviewing the product.”

At the same time, we are sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with the packaging and the changing texture over time. We understand how frustrating it is when product residue can no longer be dispensed properly.
As natural cosmetics with mineral UV filters can have denser formulations, separation may occasionally occur over time, especially depending on storage conditions and temperature. If some product residue can no longer be pumped out easily, our reusable metal spatula set from the online shop might also help to reach the remaining product a little more comfortably. “Very happy I found this SPF for my acne prone combination skin. It spreads out easily and it’s not shiny once it dries up. I’ve tried many many organic SPFs and this one is absolutely my favorite. The only thing that would make it even better is the option to buy it in a glass jar or other plastic free packing, so it would also check the zero waste checklist for me!”
