“All I can say is "wow". Do yourself a favour and buy these beans. I abruptly shifted to black coffee recently after a holiday where I was unexpectedly weaned off my very milky coffee. I was using the organic Vittoria beans I get at woolies, and it was incredibly bitter. I had to use the salt trick to cut through the bitterness to make it drinkable. Then I found Industry Beans and bought this mixed pack to get a sense for what nicer coffee might be like. I was instantly shocked by how little bitterness - it's almost nonexistant - there is in my whole 500ml stove top Espressos worth of coffee. No bitterness and instead a really lovely aroma! The smell of the coffee is really delightful and a sensorial treat for the senses early in the morning. I'm only one bag in and can't wait to try the rest! If you want to drink nice coffee, black or otherwise, do yourself a favour and try these beans. You won't go back.”
“So good to receive five different beans all freshly roasted! I have not tried them all yet, but I have enjoyed the Fitzroy Street and the All Time. I was hoping to love the Winter Blend, but it was mid too mild of a flavour for me. It also has fruity flavour (I don't often taste the different notes, but this one I did). I prefer a coffee that has a bolder 'coffee' flavour. I am looking forward to trying the other two.”
