I sent my prescription details (quite compliex varifocals), called them and discussed the process and waitied approx. 10 days for delivery. I was a little nervous, at first, as I had never done this before online, but I needn't have been. For anyone who may require "fitting" of frames, as they would do in a high St store, just ask very nicely in one of the hight St Stores if they would help you with this. I did this and bought a £5 bottle of lens cleaner to show that I wasn't ungrateful for their help. I got a massive saving using Ineedspex, compared to the same product from a high St store.”
