“Great products! Outstanding customer service! So impressed with the customer service I have received from this company over the past 24 hours. I got my inagrden device yesterday, but unfortunately (due to some rough handling from DPD), when I opened up the box, the device was damaged and did not function properly! I contacted the customer service department and spoke to an extremely well-mannered, polite and helpful gentleman. I explained the situation and sent him over some pictures to show what had happened. He apologised (not that it was ingarden’s fault) and reordered a new device, which arrived in lightning speed and fortunately intact. I’m now so excited to harvest my first microgreens! Cheers ingarden!”
