“I bought this as a graduation gift for a friend. I was then told there was going to be a 15 day delay which is fine but I was no longer going to be at the original shipping address. I was in contact with customer support and I gave them a new address which I have proof they said they changed it to. The package still came to the original address. I can’t access it and customer support is now ignoring my emails. Please respond!”

“Received the custom pad and right off could tell it is of great quality. Photo/graphic I picked came out real nice on the pad. The upload and graphic tool on the site really helped with the placement and sizing! Stay within the lines! I am in the process of ordering another one!”
