“I've ordered plenty of these in the past. Overall they're really good mats to use. My most recent order took forever to ship, and it arrived with damage. Its missing a portion of its image and feels like an indented scratch. I tried contacting support on their website but the chat bot won't refresh. Its great 90% of the time”

“its a great playmat with a high quality printed design that we love. However, barely two weeks later after 2-3 light uses the edges are already starting to peel. We would love it if we could get a replacement mat with the sewed edges because we didn't expect this type of wear and tear so early. otherwise, everything is great. thanks”
