“The quality of the mat is worth the price point. However, their customer service is non-existent. I sent them an email asking to cancel my order shortly after I placed the order. 2 weeks went by, no reply to the email, another week passes and I get an email confirming my product was shipped.”

“I photo shopped my own images to be ultra high def, and they resulted in beautiful play mats with fantastic definition. They're slightly thinner than your average Ultrapro Premium mat but it isn't a bad thing, just a noted difference. When i get crazy ideas for new mats in the future i'll definitely be using Inked”

“Ordered two mats on July 6 I paid priority shipping 2 to 4 days and it got delivered finally on August 25. I got no communication from them on why there was a delay or that there was a delay.”
