“I have faith the product itself will hold up and last. The picture however on the playmat did not come out as dark colored as I would have liked. Up close it appears more white than anything. I attached a picture for comparison”

“The stitching of the mat is different from my first mat, thinner then the old one. It may be a preference between the 2 but this is a nice and speaker design for the artwork I chose. It came out wonderfully and whatever was put on the edge with the stitching still came out good.”

“I used to recommend Inked Gaming's Custom Playmats to all of my TCG-loving friends but unfortunately, the quality of the mat color and the stitching has dropped a lot in the past year and the turnaround times have increased. I used to be super excited to receive orders but now I'm less enthused by the mistakes I'm finding in the mats upon arrival. Also, I've noticed after a few long play sessions and traveling with the mats that they start to "frey" and have hairs peel off the stitching across many sections of the edges.”

“Received the incorrect mat. I emailed saying the image was incorrect. I gave the correct image. Never got a response. I emailed them again two more times. Nothing. Contacted again on chat. Got a vague response. When I responded back, didn't get a response for two days. Contacted them again on chat saying I needed to make sure it was correct. I made sure to mention the filename. They said it was the correct one with the filename I provided. Then I said OK. Then they sent it out. And I received the wrong mat. Now I have to contact them again.”

“Absolutely love this playmat. Material is good and print turned out better than expected. Card boxes are aligned great. Would be interested if we can customize more on the customer side but other than that it's a great starter playmat.”
