“The image is actually much better quality than I expected, and I am using it as a big mouse pad for my computer desk, it looks absolutely amazing and I'm in love with the product. Will definitely be buying more in future for dnd mats”

“Easy to upload a graphic and get a nice feeling and looking quality stitched mat. Only recommendation I'd make for a new customer would be to use a graphic without a drawn border with about 3/4" of extra space around the perimeter. This much is trimmed from your picture, with about 1/4" off the top and bottom and 1/2" off the left and right sides. Adding a picture with a border already present difficult to gauge due to the inconsistent chopping off the top and sides. Another side note - the process start to finish took 22 business days from order placed to product delivery. Keep this in mind if ordering as a gift.”

“I ordered a custom playmat as a Christmas gift and noticed the shipping date kept getting pushed out further and further. At first I thought the delays were due to high volume of orders around Christmas but once Christmas passed I contacted UPS who lost my package and then contacted inked. TJ at inked was super helpful and quick to respond. Within a week of our emails I got the custom playmat I ordered and my husband loved it! The quality of these playmats make us only want to buy custom playmats from now on!”

“I sent in a collage of photos for the custom playmat and they did job great fitting it to the playmat size. The colors are bright and vivid, so they stand out from the black border and stitching.”
