“There was a brief, automated, email at the time of purchase warning me that orders were taking "up to 15 business days to ship". It ended up taking over a month (40 or so regular days, 30 business days). In the meantime, I reached out via the website chat to try to figure out what was going on with the order, and got no response. Thankfully, when the product finally arrived, it was in good shape, but there needs to be more honesty about how long it will take.”

“Got a cusotm playmat for my setup and this one hit the custom aspect perfectly! High quality print, fast shipping and delivery, and nice materials! I really wish the stitched edge option was in stock when i ordered though.”

“if you stumbled upon this shop, take the risk. it's well worth every penny. I got exactly what I envisioned ($15 editing fee & preview, worth it). plus, the shipping was fast. No complaints here, only more ideas!”

“A bunch of people in my gaming club have birthdays in May and June so I ordered custom Star Wars Unlimited playmats for them as presents. Got a sweet Boba Fett one for myself. They all came exactly as I'd prepared the images, and the game fields are perfectly sized! I can't wait to make themed head to head mats with a single image across two playmats - definitely my next order!”

“I have gotten several playmats from Inked and am never disappointed. The colors are on point. Bright or dull as they should be for the mat. Excellent turn around time. Shipping is always done well and the mats well protected.”
