“Hey guys! I love the service you guys offer and the work you all put into your products! The product I commissioned was intended to be a two playmat piece that when put together looked like a larger image(Which I left in the details when commisioning). I find that the mats seem to line up pretty well, looking like a full image, but I do have some critiques... The image I sent was notably much brighter than the product I received, and it is clear that it was received in a different color because there are traces of the original colors along the stitching lines. I'm not taking the time to write the review to complain, but more to explain what I would have wanted to happen to ensure my satisfaction as a customer. I would assume that as playmat creators, you all could appreciate when a mat looks clean, with as little imperfections from printing as possible. So I would hope you all could understand the slight distaste I would have from a mat with uneven coloration in the stitch lining. I did pay for the review, and even approved of the image that they showed, but It didnt translate to the mat when I saw it in person. What I would want from the experience would be a quality check from the staff. An email delivered to me if something seemed off from the order when examined by staff would be very reasonable, and would be to me a good reason to extend the expected delivery date. I have always enjoyed your guys' product, and I still intend on doing business with you in the future, but I wished to express my experience. Thank you.”

“This was my third custom playmat from Inked Gaming, and I'm beyond happy with it. Absolutely gorgeous colors and reproduction of the original art. Not a flaw in the product.”

“The print was very good, the mat itself is a little thin personally. Also the stitching was not the best, it was crooked in some spots and had some small white gaps. Overall 4/5 stars. I will be trying another site for custom play mats just for comparison.”

“Once I downloaded the template and GIMP, to finish the editing. It was pretty easy to figure out, with the help of their YouTube video. Very fast shipping and will use this company on my next purchase, for more custom options. The quality looks good as well, I can't say how it will hold up after, constant use, but it looks like it will. I would have to say, I wish I went here for my mat purchase, instead of one for my friend.”

“Everything about it is perfect, only thing is slight fraying with a thread coming out on the outer stitching. Otherwise, I'm ecstatic with my mat! The colours are even brighter than I had expected.”

“I've ordered about 3 matts, and each of them has honestly exceeded my expectations! The stitching on all of them was perfect, the coloration and graphics printed on all of them were exceptional, and the printing itself being very visible, dechipherable, and free of fuzziness! 10/10 when its time to replace, you can be sure I'm coming back!”
