“I can't say it makes a tremendous difference but my lips do look better and moisturised which I like and I will continue to use 3D lip pumping treatment.I've already ordered my second one.Would recommend.”

You are absolutely right, it does hydrate your lips and will still be more than 70% hydrated even after 12 hours. :)
