I am so sorry to read that you have some concerns on your IrelandsEye garment, it is extremely rare that we have any quality issues form any of our customers. Some of the traditional Aran stitches do allow for tiny holes in between these stitches, which cannot be helped unfortunately.
I was speaking to my colleagues in our office and if you can please send on some pictures of the concerns you have with your garment along with your order number to info@ieknit.com, we will look into this and get it resolved for you as soon as possible.
